Carlee Russell: A Modern Instructional Desginer

Before I knew what an Instructional Designer was, I was one.

I’ve been creating classes, on my own and as part of professional teams, for over 6 years. With the addition of a robust and modern MS in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Wyoming (May 2022), my hands-on experience is bolstered by current educational theories, recent research, and up-to-date technology.

I’ll save you time on the front end and in the long run. By working directly with your instructors and SMEs, I will create high-quality course shells ready for their content. A well designed course shell means years of simple edits instead of constant reconstruction. And of course, time is money.
